Post pobrano z: A look at a gyroscopic public transportation concept
With cities becoming larger and larger, transporting a lot of people without the traffic that usually comes with it is a real challenge. The The Dahir Insaat corporation has developed a proposal to make this kind of transportation more fluid, but without removing the cars as it’s often suggested by traffic specialists.
The system looks futuristic and the previews pretty cool, with several levels that help increasing the fluidity, but it doesn’t seem very realistic. In fact, how would they secure these rails so they don’t smash the cars or people crossing? How do they get people in and out of the buses quickly at that height? Not even mentionning the physics of holding such a heavy structure with two simple poles.
